DiVx (abi) to .WMV converter? Where?

I have some avi files that I would like to convert to Windows Movie Viewer (wmv) files, so that they can be played in Windows Media Player. Is there a tool or program that does this?

you could try virtualdub and/or virtualdubmod...but you need the windows media codecs

Windows Movie Maker 2 does that, also.
