Creating your own videos

I was wondering what I'd have to do to make this.

I remember someone telling me that there's a program out there that allows you to insert sounds into the video, and to lower the file size?

I also want to know how to make pictures in the videos.

I'm going to be making a highlight video for the Pride fighter known as Mirko Filipovic.

Something like this!

but VirtualDub should be able to do what you need
not sure about the "make pictures in the videos" part

There are many programs that can do this, virtual dub, adobe premiere, ulead video studio. How much you're willing to pay for is the limiting factor though.

hint....virtualdub is free...and premiere is by far the best(bing the industry standard and all)
