Convert .roq to different format

Is there a program where you can convert .roq files to either .mpeg or .avi? I looked around but couldn't really find anything. Thanks

A type of video/audio file I guess. I was going to use the Call of Duty intro and edit it for a project.

I tried that program before for 3 mins and couldn't really get anything to work =( Maybe I'll spend more time on it this time though

just use fraps to capture video from games. converting demo's from games wont really work well. planet game cam or something like that also has a simular capture like fraps with less lag.
