Burning Movies With NeroVision?

I know a lot of people are like me .... so ok here's the thing

I burn movies on DVD ... yes I'm not proud of this but I go to the movies alllll the time and I hate to have to pay 30$ CDN for the DVDs when they come out soooo

anyways I used to be able to burn DVDs with NeroVision without a problem
but since I installed 3.1.0.0 ... it gives me an error at the beginning of the transcoding process (after caching the movie) and I can't burn half my movie anymore.

It worked for Saw and Shark Tale (don't ask) but it won't do it for Ocean's Twelve or Ladder 49 (seriously ... don't ask ..) even though all 4 are xVid AVI's

Anybody else getting this problem?
