Audigy Sound Font Banks, please help!!!!!!!!

HI I'm ahmed from Bahrain in midle east & this is my first thread in this beautiful forum & I need some body to help me to solve a problem in my audigy 2 platinum, the problem is with the sound font banks, when I record some tracks with these some font the sound card starts to make some noises and clicks and I don't know how to solve this problem, I tried to download the latest updates for my hardware but the problem is still same.
please can any body help me,
