CyberLink released the latest version of award-winning and industry-leading PowerDVD, with breakthrough technologies providing unsurpassed video quality and superior audio fidelity. PowerDVD incorporates support for high-definition audio and video, true 8-channel home theater audio playback, virtual surround sound, as well as complete controls and extra features for DVD enthusiasts. Patch Build 2003e is a multilanguage release.

The patch is relevant for users who had problems with:

Audio

Applying advanced audio setting within the configuration settings
Received noise while playing DTS 96KHz/24bit and then switching to CLVS or DVS
Audio repeat issues after switching to 6 or more speakers
Audio signals dropping or program hangs when selecting 8 speakers while using ProLogic IIx effect

Video

Could not apply pan, scan and digital zoom function while playing DivX files
Combining M2V files which resulted in difficulty in playing the file
Capturing frames continuously might result in some frames not being saved
