Question about video quality

i purchased a dvd taken from a live recording. it is a little grainy and was wondering if there is a program that can clean it up. thanks.

There are numerous programs out there that can "deal" with the grainy problem. However, more than likely will require you to lose video quality. Do you have a budget in mind how much you would like to spend? The best video editing software can be rather expensive.
