Need a new graphics card on a budget..

Hey fella's, I am looking to get a new video card. My current one is a ATI Radeon x300se and I am really unimpressed with it. My comp is a P4 3.2gghz with 1 gig of ram. I have checked out most of the cards out there, and so far I am thinking the Saphire x1600XT is the one for me. I am not looking to spend more then $200 and I just want the best bang for my buck. The video card will mainly be used for playing games like CS:S and I might look into buying one or two of the newer ones out there. Whaddya guys think would work for me? Thanks,

Sorry, this may be the wrong forum for this after lookin around, if mods could move it to an appropriate one that would be great.
