Sepharie or ATI ?

i just bought sepharie 9800 Pro 128 M Oem but with all cables and crap like that, paid 570 $ Canadians
but what's the difference between Sepahrie 9800 pro 128 M and ATI 9800 pro 128 M ? What's Better?
i can see difference in price like 30-50 $ between them but ATI was retail and sepharie was OEM
