Benching Prob

Not sure if this is the rite place but im sure one of the fine moderators will move it as neccessary.

Ok. so heres my problem. I just downloaded PcMarnk 04 and its telling me that it needs Windows Media Encoder 9 or newer to be installed to run on my computer. What is this/Where do I get it?
