it's fine for that system, it would be a lot higher w/ a better vid card though. that's the only thing i see really holding your system back

lol, copycat :P
basically if your wallet is big enough then upgrade your vid card, if you just got the vid card i recommend that you return it (if you still can) and save up some money for a 9800pro. w/ my system and my 9800pro i was getting around 36,000 in aquamark ![]() --edit-- sorry, i was breaking 40k in aquamark w/ my 9800pro

Ya i know my video card is holding me back. I am a kid so i dont have a job. i basically get upgrades every year for my birthday. i got the cpu, mobo, and ram for my bday this time over a video card.

i would say you got a nice powerful rig aside from the video card.. although not bad.... it'll take you a ways yet.... might have to downgrade the eye candy a bit... but crank the physics and other stuff up in games that allow it....

Ya i think my rig is ok. just got $700 worth upgrade, next is video card. By the time i can get like a x800pro or 6800gt they will be at lower prices. My pc can play desertcombat,bf1942,bf:v, and call of duty at ide say inbetween medium and high and i get good frame rates that are more than playable with texture and the mipmap seting in control pannel to high quality and 4xaa,4xaf. i can tell with this new processor upgrade that withs are just smoother and faster than my old p4 1.4(<-ewww)
