i got a 9600XT ran 3d mark 03 and got a score of 3750... good or not?

i have omegas drivers so i changes the custom settings in radlinker

full scene a.i to 4 x quality

vertical sync to default on

ananisotropic filtering to 4 x quality

ran 3d mark 03 again and the new score was only 1575

removed the settings and got the original 3750....

what do i have to change to get a better score..?

and in case you were wondering ive never done this before and nothing is overclocked

Your 03 score sounds ok. To increase it further you will likely have to oc (especially the graphics card). The 9600xt's usually have quite a bit of play in them.

(a 9600XT that didn't make the cut)
