I knew I was forgetting something.
Digit-life have a monthly article on 3D cards and loads of benchs and screenshots.
This site is just the translation of http://www.ixbt.com that is in russian so if you can read that go directly to the source.

The article is from April 2002 and the last drivers at the time were 6058.
