Freeze-problem

Hi, i just recently joined so im not quite sure where to put this thread..

I have a HUGE problem and i dunno if its software or hardware related, the thing is, my computer freezes, and it does it in games and even on the desktop, in a browser, in programs, in EVERYTHING, and its not because i overload it, cuz it freezes at any time, sometimes i can use the computer for hours sometimes i cant even log on on msn before it freezes... when it frezees SOME sounds is still being played for 10-20 minutes. if im in a battle in WoW, it plays the music in the game, but not footsteps, spells, blows etc. and i have really NO idea why it freezes, please help me [img]images/icons/9.gif[/img]
