Hi there!
Well, what can i say - i have a very weird MIDI / timing problem here! Recently i bought a new Machine (X2 3800 with MSI NEO K8N on WinXP SP2) and whenever i record MIDI in cubase SX it is shifted to the right!! So , it will playback LATER! (Something like 0,5 - 1sec). To be more precise: While i record i can see that the MIDI information IS shown later. And this happens only when recording midi stuff. So its not a playback issue. This is totally weird and inacepptable! This means whenever i record a phrase i have to manually move it to the right and all that stuff ! I tried various kX settings, various latencies - nothing helps. Please, can anyone help !? Technical details: SB Live 5.1 Value Soundcard. Make sure that you have set your sequencer to 48kHz..!!
This also means that all your audio clips in your project must be 48khz not 44k. HTH, /Lex.N. |
