disappeared .....

i had this driver fot some time......it went well...but today....i had no sound in cs...and...when i entered the kx mixer...I saw that the volume of some options were gone.....and...now i can see only a few options.......winamp runs ok..but i have no sound in games.....

Try right clicking on the kX tray icon and do a Settings > Reset settings. I'm guessing games use different fxbusses than winamp and somehow got disconnected/muted in the dsp.

The missing controls from KX mixer is because some plugins were removed from the KX DSP...

I HIGHLY recommend reading up - LEX has a great guide that explains all this in detail..
