Left channel vanishes

Has anyone else had an issue, where the left side of an output vanishes?
i can route another source to that output (K2lt) and it makes no difference.
if i do a re-initalize DSP then reload my normal DSP back in its fine again (usually)
the computer is a P4 2.8, 512mb, HP box, running win xp pro. witha Audigy 2 zs

i noticed this first with winamp, but its still doing it with traktor now too..

Anyone?
