Hey,

i just get the Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 Digital and installed the kX Manager after trying a lot of the official drivers but they all didn't work (i dont know why, it was just like "there is no soundblaster" but in fact there is and my comp recognized it..)
so anyway, i installed the kX thing and my sound does work now. I can hear music and stuff but my mic does not work anymore and i dont know why. I've tried a lot of thinks, marked a lot of the stuff given in the mixer but neither ventrilo nor ts2 react when i start talking. The confusing thing is that when i hear music my "mic" activates in those programs even when the mic is not affiliated..
So it seems like wrong in/output or something but i am not very into this stuff :/
Furthermore in my system stuff in "sounds" where i can regulate the strength of the sound and so on, in the point "recording" there is just "recording level" and nothing more.
What can i do to get my mic work properly? :/

What it the actual model number of the card? SB00XXX or CTXXXX, something like that...
