SysEx midi messages to Midi OUT
There seems to be something wrong with how Kx handles System Exclusive messages sent to midi out (midi UART).
With Sblive drivers the Roland MT-32 module's "midi message receive"- led blinks all the time during send of SysEx messages and the unit gets programmed correctly. With Kx drivers the led blinks few times at the beginning of sending a SysEx message and then it's silent. And the module doesn't get programmed correctly. I am using Sblive Live! Value, with joystick port as Midi Out/Midi In. |

So is it hard to fix or hasn't anyone yet just looked at it? I found out that while every windows app completely fails SysEx transfer, using Vdmsound (a program that allows sound/joystick with DOS games under NT) and some dos app/game to send SysEx message almost works. Vdmsound buffers the SysEx messages that Dos apps/games send to midi device.
