volume isn't constant in winamp with shoutcast

i'm on an sblive 0060and using winamp 3 (not sure why.. going back to 2.81 asap anyway, thought i'd see if it had improved any)

anywho, sometimes the volume jumps up and down a little bit and is quite frequent actually. i only notice it in winamp with streaming audio (usually from radiostorm.com)

any ideas?
