winmm init error(newbie alert)

edit 1st post was stupid beyond belief
a total newbie post that i am rightfully ashamed of
a problem that wasnt a problem more like a total lack of intelligence on my part

all i can say is sorry for wasting space on the bug page i thought it was a bug
but it was me (im slightly learning impaired)

thank u for the drivers for breathing new life into my soundcard
my first post on any forum and i make a total prat of myself(no surprise)
well ive learned a lesson (never post anything ever)
i shall get back to the hole i crawled from
bloody embarrising oh well

it was such a simple thing that ive been wondering how to delete posts

i was typically stupid and reinstalling straight away after the reboot and not testing if it worked (it would have) (the first time i rebooted i got no sound and thought it was messed up .a case of not reading enough of the manual)
i was getting error initializing winmm subsystem messages and a message posted somewhere else about windows 98gold (im on me) im now using the 3528 drivers as those didnt give me that message (the 98 gold msg)

i am AMAZED at how much better my card works(sorry about shouting but i am
truly stunned i was going to get a new card today so i thought id try a last attmempt at making an improvement. obviously i dont need a new soundcard now:-)!!!!(bought myself a novation a station)
im yet to get my head around the router but i will understand that in time

ive deleted all my notes about the errors(i stopped getting them)
so due to a dodgy memory have forgotten much of the info
sorry to frustrate your curiosity
(i was expecting to get shot down in flames so thanks for holding fire)

if the developers r reading this youve made my day:-)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
