Mixer Faders Reset when touched by ms mixer

hey thats bad ... my ac97 playback slider resets to 0db / unmute when it gets touched by the microsoft mixer. please fix that. its really annoying when u switch tv channels and then the volume is getting too loud

otherwise i love the driver. especially the dolby prologic like function to make stereo to multichannelspeaker

what also be cool will be a karaoke function that kills the voice on the front speakers, and routes it to the center speaker. thanx a lot for that great driver

I have the same problem. I don't know where it comes from, but it is rather annoying... I have a solution for you though I don't know if it is kX fault:

Turn the Microsoft Mixer volume to max and reduce volume elsewhere. The philosophy being that the Microsoft Mixer at full volume, it can't get higher...

I have the MS mixer at full and other programs' volume control at the lowest volume...
