3531 update make my SB silent!!!
I had the 3529 perfectly running on my p4 2.2 running XP and DX9, I checked the new drivers and
wanted to update the drivers using the Update installation to 3531 bu just after my Sb102 remain silent, uninstall the drivers and did try using the full update ones but again the same problems, I had to return to my 3529 that works just fine....any ideas? p.s. Is the ASIO running 44100 in playback now? I did see that usueful bitrate in the ASIO control panel....... |

I don't know if it's just me, but I sometimes have to go to the DSP part of the KX Control panel and press the RMB and select 'reinitialise DSP'. Then everything works fine.

3531 digital output 'leakage'
The 3531 update on system with Audigy 2 and XP professional has restored the analogue output but the digital output is now distorted and unusable. In 3530 the analogue output was non-existant but digital was fine. Any similar experiences?

yep, i can confirm something like that... try to reset settings and never touch "output sample rate" combo (even if you set default 48000 sounds can become distorted...)... and therefore you cannot use settings saved with prev. kx versions of course... Well, these are temporary issues with A2 which has a different hardware structure not yet explored... justix you may wonder but your sb102 has at least three digital outs

Max, I had this problem that you coment with my Audigy2 and the 3530 version. But it has disapeared since 3531.
Could it be related with directX 9? As you know, the install program launch a wizard that installs "what he want". |

digital output
The digital 'noise' seems to be worse on one channel than the other. By the way - using directx 8..... Max: hope you guys get a bit of time to do some A2 exploring cos the KX concept is brilliant - when it's working properly

could you please provide a 'step-by-step' procedure in order to reproduce the bug?
btw, there is a bug in the latest (3531) driver, that might cause the 'spdif frequency' option to behave incorrectly. this will be fixed in 3532 /Eugene |
