3532b: SystemTray: Bug When Resetting Global Settings

Hi Eugene,

There is a bug, when using "Reset Global Settings". The application now spawn another instance of itself and it closes when this option is chosen, but you guys forgot to implement the "Shell_NotifyIcon(NIM_DELETE,&mySysTrayIConID) ;" ( which you guys already use for the "Quit" system entry ) just before posting the WM_QUIT message to your window in the new code, which results in the system tray icon still there and being next to the new icon created by the new instance of the application.

That's it, another easy one
