No CC#2 for SoundFont?

I have an APS in a WinXP machine. I have some soundfonts that attenuation and filter are controlled via breath control (CC#2). They used to work when I was using the APS 1.5 drivers. But now with kX drivers v 5.10.0.3531 they do not respond to CC#2.
When I modify the SF to respond to expression (CC#11) both attenuation and filter work as expected.
Does it mean that 5.10.0.3531 supports SF 2.1 but not CC#2?

CC#2 is not supported

kX Supports SoundFont 2.01, not 2.1
however, we have some plans implementing full 2.1 support in the future
