audigy2 doesn't work correctly...

my audigy2 worked with the latest kx-drivers and a virginal win2k for some hours, but later
it didn't . could anyone give a good advice?

Did it blow up, melted down, decided to move, catch on fire, or became a video card all of a sudden??

(aka... more input please, what is wrond, what does not work, etc...etc...etc... with this, nobody can or even will help you (and you are lucky to get this response at all)

well, the drivers were loaded, there were no error reports and i could see the frequency display in winamp moving up and down. there were also no irq conflicts. everything seemed to be ok - but i didn't hear anything.
