After a fresh WINXP pro SP1 reinstall

I still can't get Gigastudio 160 2.5.010 working , though it sees kx gsif driver and everything looks ok.
system crashes and reboots. On Windows start, I got this message on msg32.exe initialization : "System succeed but it took one try"


Now that I deactivated auto reboot after crash I can see the blue screen message telling that:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

*** STOP : 0x0000000A (0xC983100E, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x804E9719)


Thanks for any advice.

please upgrade your gigastudio driver (2.54.00 is the latest release -- you can download it from their site)
