CT4620 don't run under Vista

Hey.
My Soundcard don't work with Vista anymore since i have upgraded my PC from 1GB to 3GB Ram
My Receiver gives crackling instead of a normal sound.
I have installed the actual 3545b Beta driver but it is not getting better.
SPDIF and Analog Output dont work.
I have tried a SB0220 Soundcard and my favorite CT4620 Soundcard.
I use Vista Business 32bit.

Take off 1GB memory module and it's gonna be ok. KX don't work with more than 2Gb
