error 30011

Hello, I am currently studying there not long ago.
A few months ago, I bought an Audigy 2ZS, second hand, I installed kx smoothly.
This morning, turning on my computer, I made an update of AVG, this has resulted in the removal of Kx, I no longer have to run Kx, I uninstalled and reinstalled several times without success.
Each time, the program tells me it can not find component for the installation of Kx, when the driver is installed, I get the following error: (Error installing device files-# 30011 ).
Please, an expert would have a solution to this problem?
My OS is XP pro sp3, in the BIOS, SB enableb, and sound legacy disabled.
