direct sound in winamp

hueston we have a problem.... my card is ct4832. i've got a problem with direct sound in winamp (2.91), it crash very often. When other sound sources are used at the same time (for ex. winamp and sounds from windows) the system may crash (win98se, but i don't want to use any other system). I've tried to change buffers but the problem is still the same.
