No sound on ins and outs with kx drivers

hi i've tried a few different versions of the kx drivers and even upgraded my comp to win xp to use them but i get no sounds on my mic and all other connections besides the front/rear and headphones. im using the ct4750 if thats the right number for my sblive playtinum 4.1 i'm finaly gona give up but i figured i'd post on the forum to see if i'd get some last minute suggestions..
