switching users in xp, sound disappears

serious problem makes me wait for a newer version of driver instead of using the beautiful live 5.1 soundcard under XP 2600 SP1 RUS.

when switching users, sound disappears. sound is originally REMAPPED from front to rare, and rare stops working. headphones plugged into digital out, don't work, too. works the front (nesessary to remap from rare to front) only.

I use the equal rare-front output in surrounder.

any solution?

Can confirm this issue with the switching of front and rear. After xp fast user change, i have to click it in the mixer to hear sound again, sometimes i have to reeinit dsp and/or to change the surround config.

XP's 'fast user switching' feature is not fully supported
kX Mixer tries to re-configure the card on each user switch since hardware settings are stored on per-user basis
you may need to save your kX settings in a file and re-load them after user switch
