STOP screen in Windows XP + kx drivers

Hi!
When I playing DVD movie in Windows XP using kx drivers, the Windows is crashing with STOP screen. The message is:

My sound card is a SBLive! 5.1 (SB0100) in 2nd PCI slot (IRQ: 17). Motherboard ECS @ VIA KT333 with integrated LAN and soundcard (disabled in bios), Athlon XP 2000+ overclocked to 2600+, graphic card ATI Radeon 9200 from Gigabyte and additional LAN card at last PCI slot.

Kx Drivers version is: kxdrv3536-full.
