the kxdrivers does not install...

hi

I have downloaded the latest (beta) as well as the reported currently stable version of the KX drivers.
After installing the drivers and rebooting the PC, the drivers are not installed as the should be.
When trying to start the KX-mixer, it reports that it can not be initated due to missing "skin-file" or something like that.
I then manually copies all the .dll files to the /windows/system dir and reboots, but that won´t work either.

What to do?

I am running Win XP home sp1 on my PC and is logged on with administrator priviliges. I have the SB Live card installed.
