Crash with Intel 82865P P4 Hyper-Threading

I was veryy happy with KX drivers before I installed the mainboard ASUS P4P800 with Intel 82865P chipset and the Pentium 4 with Hyper-Threading... Now WXP crash when the KX logo starts.
I tried a clean install with only kx drivers but still the same problem...
I also tried new ram with no dual channel but nothing's change...
Seems to be a bug... Any help?
