ASIO bugs

Hey Guys,

Since I love this software, I am using it for all my live situations right now.

I have several setups, so whenever i need to play instruments i use low latency (10 to 5 ms), when i use the computer for DJing, i set it to 21ms and when i'm working on a song in offline mode (mixing and programming) i set it to 42ms. The 2ms simply gives too much noise and higher settings give me an error message.

anyway they work fine in each case. just a few pops and click per minute. when i use two soundcards, they (CT4670 and SB0060) work fine from 21ms and higher, but lower than that starts giving noise. it would be great if i could work at lower latencies because i would be able to have 4 analog inputs (since i did the CD digital cable trick ). I am looking for another one of those cables in my area, so i can feed back signals to the other card. in that way, i could use more outputs from my ASIO application.

One of the most common error messages occurs whenever i want to change the latency value. It says "Your application doesn't support callbacks. Sampling rate cannot be changed". All of my apps run at 48kHz and after the message, however, the latency value changes correctly and the card behaves really nice. Is that message coming from Windows, The Audio App, or kX?

If it is, what does it mean, and how can i stop it from popping up?

thanks

BiCho
