Major Noise Problem

i installed the 3537 drivers and when i open wavelab and get ready for it to record
the levels r showing -24db without any signal going through it and then when i record they is loads of background noise and i really horrible recording i switched back to the 3536 drivers and the problem is there is there any solution to this becuase i like the drivers in general

Make sure no unneeded sources are recording (such as mic/wave mix etc). See the recording page in the mixer.
