3537 hang my windows

@ Windows XP Pro SP1
CT4620 with 2 system
KT133A + Althon 1200+
and
i875 + P4-3Ghz

After installed, seen no problem, anythings fine ~
but within few hours , will freeze the system .
Ctrl-Alt-Del not work , need to hard reset

It probably isn't that problem because he also has Athlon with the same problem.

Updated,
I have change epilog to k1lt and asio
seen can slove the problem .

also, my friend using i875 & Audigy 2 ES is get same problem
