I solve the problem of having no input signal in Sonar 3.1.1:

1) Go to KXMixer, click in/outs icon, set AC97 on.
2) Click on Recording icon and set AC97 on, set sliders to 100.
3) Click the AC97 icon and set Line IN on and set sliders to 0db.
At the "AC97?" menu set "Line IN".
4) At the CPU, connect the plug of signal font in the BLUE input.
5) Open Sonar, go to Tools | Audio Options | Drivers and select all KX audio drivers (in 00, in 02, in 04...) click OK. If necessary reboot Sonar (it will warn you)
6) Choose an audio track an set Input Audio: Input: Stereo kX ASIO Kx iN 04 (attention: 04!!!)
7) Click the record button in this track ("R" button) it will turns on red an the signal will apear on the VU meter.
