installation failed, error initialisation soundcard

the program want me to reinstall it but that don´t fix it.
i have got a CT4830 and a VIA Ezra-Maschine with 686A (not 686B!) southbridge, and before i install the driver i install the Cyrix-patch from sounblaster, but with or without the patch, the driver dont work an want me to reinstall it because it can initialize the soundcard. soundblaster driver works fine, but i´m a DSP-programmer and like to test the SDK from kx...
any idea what this problem could fix?
please help me, if you are german, please write in german, english is also OK but my german is better...
