Logitech USB Microphone Problem

Hey All!

I have used the Kx project mixer with my creative soundcards for a long time, and also in my Pentium 4 with Audigy 2.. But now i have a problem that i really cannot solve.

I bought a USB microphone from logitech a month ago, and when i bought it i "new" it was gonna create problems with the KX mixer. And it did.

But i thought i could uninstall it and all went back to normal. That wont work either.

I have uninstalled the KX drivers and reinstalled them, i have uninstalled and installed the original creative drivers.. The problem is, the microphone input on the Audigy 2 card doesn't seem to work anymore.. No sound at all.. gone..

The USB microphone is removed and the driver in device manager is uninstalled.. This is something i really do NOT know how to fix..

Any ideas fellas ?
I hate Windows reinstall..

Thanx in advance

System Specs

the mic input is not broken

a USB device will never work with the soundcard

you need to use the Mic jack to connect to the soundcard, a USB device is its own audio device
