sound turns off everynow and then

When im listening to music the sound sometimes just shuts off for some seconds, then come back again... anyone know what this does?


i also experience clipping noice sometimes

got sb audigy 2

There are too many reasons this could be happening without more information. What software you're using, your PC set up, other programs running in the background, etc,. Sound will often skip if another program is launching in the background, or insufficient memory.

This problem never happened before i started using kx drivers..

And inusfficient memory? 1024 mb ram.. shouldnt be that

might be because of the background program as i play world of warcraft and liisten to music quite much

You're making it hard for me, as i really dont have any idea about what "Asio latency" is.

Anyway

i got windows xp pentium4 3.2 ghz
1024 ddr
260 gb hardrive
ati radeon 9800 xt
"SB0243 10k2" soundblaster audigy 2 something
