Bypass function and disconnect input bug

I'm using the 3538h driver. I have ct4832 10k1. I think there might be a bug with the bypass function of the plugins. Here is what happens.

I connect a wav genarator to a plugin input.
I connect the plugin output to the epilog.
Now I hear the sound modified by the plugin.
Now I bypass the plugin by clicking bypass.
Now I Hear the sound unmodified by the plugin. So far it works as it should.
Now I disconnect the input to the filter.
I should now no longer hear the sound since the signal from the source no longer enters the plugin BUT it's not what's happening. I still hear the sound. If I disconnect the output of the plugin, the sound stops. If I then reconnect the output of the plugin, the sound comes back.

So it appears that if you disconnect a plugin input while the plugin is bypassed, the input does not get disconnected.

I think we need some people apart from me to test this to see if it not only a problem on my end.
