Sound just at the left rear speaker

I had installed the 3534 driver & the update. All works fine, but today when startet up I had no sound at all. After trying a couple of things I had all the sound at the left rear speaker at my 4.1 System. Sorry I can't remember what I changed at the Controls.
My Card is a Live Player 1024 and worked fine after installing the drivers. Now I went back to the Creative drivers and it is working all again.
I didn't find this Problem anywere. Is this known before?
Is this fixed in the later versions?
