No Sound

Howdy all,

this is my second Thread in this Forum. Pls don´t blame me for my bad english, I´m living in Germany.

Well, I use the KX driver Version 3537 for some months with WinXP Home and a SB 0100, recognized by Driver as SB 0102. All seemed good, so far...
But sometimes, while playing a Game (BF 1942) or working with Applications like Audacity, Winamp, MediaPlayer Classic etc. suddenly all Sounds are gone. Only a Reboot could fix this Problem.
Could someone pls give me a suggestion why the Driver suddenly stopped its good work or how to fix this Prob?

Sounds like a routing problem, check the DSP-Forum and use the Rear output of your card, enable swap speaker function in kX-Mixer, check in multimedia properties for the right output device and check in your different applications where they put out the sound (on which device). Check kX help files.
