PB with KX driver + SB Live

Hi everybody,

I've got a Sound Blaster Live Platinum. I've just installed the KX project driver.
At the beginning : no sound. I've changed the parameters regarding front & rear speakers...then the sound came !

MY PROBLEM is that I can't hear my guitar when I plug it into the front panel of my SB Live! in the MIC IN (or LINE in). I can hear nothing. Moreover (I think it's the same problem) I can't record in Cubase...when I play I don't see the signal of my guitar on the audio track...

Hope you will have the answer to help me and make me appreciate this new driver....

The guitar by itself does not produce a high enough level..you usually need an external preamp to get a usable level. I just got a guitar in the last few days so I joined this club aswell. I also got a digitech RP100 so I use that as a preamp before I connect it to the Line_in, I get the guitar to play back....I am just working on effect patches now....it's pretty cool once you get to the point that you have sound from the guitar...
