oleg1 is on a distinguished road

kx drivers are incompatible with AC3 decoders

Bug report:
Driver version: 5, 10, 00, 3528 - debug
OS: Windows XP
Hardware: Audigy 1

Problem:
It is impossible to play Dolby Digital/DTS soundtrack to S/PDIF output using kx driver. A/V receiver with a hardware ac3 decoder can not recognize Dolby Digital stream received from Creative Audigy by Coaxial S/PDIF.

So are you sure you are doing everything correct (e.g. selected "SPDIF out mode" in your AC3 player, turned on "AC3 passthrough" in kX and use right cable)?

Well... some kX users can get this thing working.

I don't see any bug solutions there.. there're only things already mentioned in helpfiles/manuals ...
