DSP screen suggestion...

In the DSP config screen of kx - there should be indication of the version of KX - so when looking at a dsp config (as there are many..) seing the version of KX in that screen cap can help avoid some confusions as to what version of kx that dsp may be valid for (like an A2 dsp wont be possible on a Live card).

Can this be done with a skin?

It's possible. Close the mixer. Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32. The file kxskin.kxs is a rar file and contains the skins of the mixer. There is a folder called DSP and in it there is background.jpg. Extract this file from the rar, modify it and put it back in the archive.

I tested it and it works fine. I wrote "3538i" beside "kX DSP" in the bottom left of the DSP.

This is a good idea and it's easy to do. It should be passed on to Eugene.

Cool... something dynamic would be prefered... Hopefully Eugene could figure that out easy.. ??
