WTB 333fsb Sckt A Proc

Hey guys...

Well, in my quest to find cheap video capability I have hit a brick wall with my proc. It seems this little 266 2000+ Palimino has seen its better days.

So im looking to use a little more of my systems capability and up the FSB.

Im lookin to see if some one has a T-Bred (B) or Barton 333 (or 400) Proc for sale!

Im in the US...

AXDA1800DLT3C~JIUHB0321VPMW (Athlon 1800xp 1.5v) @2.2ghz @1.625v

I have that above- it is unlocked and I ran it at 400mhz for the entire time I used it (more than a year)...

I need to get my Paypal up and running though- that will take at least a week.. I changed banks and have not yet switched over.

Of course you may be on Jupiter for all I know and this post may be a waste of time.. I am in NY... US...

Gees I don't know what it is worth... Actually I have sold only one thing on the internet before- and that is it.. LOL- a CDRW drive to Necrosis I think, maybe it was someone else though. It was a long time ago. hehe..

I am wondering how I would ship it though, since I remember looking for the original package, and I had cut it up - I think to get the thing out in the first place.. I will think of some way to do it safely though.

Also I cannot guarantee anything, but I can say it worked perfect the entire time I used it and always ran it OC'd at about 197FSB and about 2.15ghz with a multiplier of about 11 to 11.5 I think because it did not like multipliers below that on my NF7 v2. So you might be limited to about 196 FSB or so depending on your setup. I ran it with a Thermalright all copper heatsink and a case with great ventilation. Also it is a Tbred, not a Barton, but it was pretty fast at those speeds still.

This is the last 2001 bench I ran w/ it... (I consider it a system bench)

That was with stable settings I ran it every day with- even 95 degree summer days, just so you know.. CPU ran pretty cool too..35 to 40 idle, 40 to 47 load (depending on room temp- from 70 to 85 degrees F)

But I think BWX has talked me into finding a Barton core (full 512k cache)

I think what you want is a mobile Barton- they are unlocked and you can run whatever FSB you want. of course they may be expensive if you can find them. If Anything changes in my situation I will definitely post back. Good luck.
