WTB: ASUS A8V Deluxe 939 agp / X2 4200 or 4400

Just as the title says.
I want to get as much performance as possible out of my GPU.
It doesn't matter if the board is the wifi edition or not.
I do not want a modded board or CPU. No volt mods and I prefer the heatspreader be on the CPU. I do not want a run down combo that has been to its limits and beyond or folding 24/7 for the last year.
I would like to have all the accessories for the board but not mandatory.
The nicer the shape and the most mobo accessories and newer the mfg date and the best core stepping, the higher the price I will pay.
Let me know what ya have and I will get back to you ASAP.

EDIT: Or maybe any decent 939/agp mobo and an X@ 4600/4800. I do not want anything from ASrock. THX
